Processing Time
Generally you can expect a time frame for processing your order of 1-3 working days, until the ordered item is ready for shipping – if in stock. If you wish a faster processing including express shipping, please contact us before you confirm your order.
Payment
PayPal is a free online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly with only two clicks. To do so, you need to register at www.paypal.com and provide your bank or credit card details. You initiate the payment by entering your access data to your Paypal account. When paying via PayPal, our account will be credited with the amount immediately. This allows us to dispatch the goods faster for you to get them earlier in the usual case.
If you pay in advance, you will receive an order confirmation with the invoice within 3 days. The money then must be transferred within 10 days upon receipt.
Shipping
The shipment is carried out by the climate-neutral service of the DPD or via DHL GoGreen alternatively.
Our shipping costs (including packaging material) totals 4.99 Euros within Germany, and adds up to 13.99 Euros within the EU.
The delivery time usually takes 1-2 days national- as well as EU-wide, but depends on the postal services in the country of order placement. We therefore are unable to guarantee delivery dates. If the buyer refuses to accept the delivery, we will not reimburse any postal or transportation costs.
If you wish to ship to other countries outside the EU, please contact us in advance via e-mail due to varying shipping costs depending on the country of destination.
We only dispatch insured packages. You will receive the tracking number immediately after shipment. In case of an unscheduled extension of delivery times caused by the respective shipping company, we assume no liability.
Customs and import fees
Buyers are in charge of any applicable customs or import fees. BARZ Design is neither responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Cancellation and return
Should you be not satisfied with your item, please send your revocation to mail@barzdesign.com within 14 days and return it within the same period. The goods must be sent back in their original condition and with appropriate packaging at your own expense. Your money will be returned to you in the same way that your payment has reached us, as soon as the item arrives unscathed. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
